RG Tax Financial Corruption Case: CBI Filed FIR, Sandeep Ghosh is also under suspicion

The body of a female doctor was recovered from RG Kar Medical College on the morning of August 9. He was allegedly raped and murdered. There has been a commotion in the whole country. In this context, it has been alleged that financial corruption has been going on in RG Kar Hospital for more than three years. A seat was formed by the state government on August 16. It was led by IPS officer Pranab Kumar.A plea was filed in the Calcutta High Court claiming that the state police seat has no confidence in the RG Tax financial corruption case. In that case, a single bench of Justice Rajarshi Bharadwaj said on Friday that the matter could be more complicated and time-consuming if multiple agencies investigate. After this, the High Court directed the CBI to investigate the financial corruption case.
Advocate Tarunjyoti Tiwari presented the theory of multiple Beniyams in RG Kar College and Hospital. From allegations of disappearance of bodies from mortuary to allegations of corruption in ‘medical waste’ have surfaced. Questions have also been raised about Sandeep’s role. The former Additional Superintendent of the hospital Akhtar Ali raised a finger against him. He was the one who approached the Calcutta High Court seeking an investigation by the ED and CBI in the RG Kar Hospital financial corruption case.

Sandeep has already gone to the CGO office for nine consecutive days and faced interrogation by the CBI investigators. He is also being interrogated on Saturday. Sealdah court allowed CBI to conduct polygraph test on him.
